My first teacher was Nature, and from a very young age, I learned from trees and rivers about the flow of energy and about Sacred Relationship.  My own journey has included a life long exploration to uncover my Authentic Self. Yearning and curiosity continue to connect me with my own hidden and vulnerable selves reminding me that I belong, that my needs are important and I matter, most importantly to ME. Being loved requires that I venture out from behind my walls of protection and find ways to engage and participate as I am.

For nearly 30 years, I have been a practicing Massage Therapist and Bodyworker, with a vast array of trainings that include Cranial Sacral Therapy, School of Intuitive Studies (DeRosa), Healing from the Core (Scurlock), Quantum Physics-Mystery Schools (Gilbert), Aroma Therapy, Zero Balancing-Polarity, Voice Dialogue (Stone), Sound Healing (McKusick), Yoga and Kirtan. Additionally, my training encompasses the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Earth Healers and I am an Eco-Spiritual Mentor through the Earth Tribe.  You get the idea!  I love to learn and explore!
