Breath
Breath is a very powerful way to move and release energies within us. With each exhale we can release old conditioning, habit, patterns, belief systems that no longer work for us. So often we are carrying old familial ways of thinking and living and have never consciously chosen, with our intention and actions to be more congruent with our own life style. Sometimes we just want to make someone happy or fit in. This can be how we lose a little bit of ourself, our life force.

Grounding
Our ability to ground is what stabilizes us to do our deeper work. We are electromagnetic Beings having a physical experience. The more we are grounded the more soul light is available.

Centering and the Pillar of Light
Centering begins by calling your energy back to you, your life force essence and releasing any enrgergy that you may have picked up back to its source. This is a recalibrating of your life force from a horizontal flow to a vertical one. A flow supported and nourished by the Earth that is always beneath your feet arising as a foundation for your being-ness and the flow down from the light of the Sun and your Higher Self (Soul). When this is flowing down through your Central Channel it becomes a pillar ofyour own light connected and supported by creation.

Boundaries
ReCalibrating our bodies is done by creating and releasing old woundings and unconscious patterning that we have picked up from earlier times. The process requires us to show up for ourselves. We are served by creating space for deeper listening to our inner landscape. It also requires a willgness to be honest with ourselves.

Releasing
Releasing physical, emotional or energetic energies or debris that are no longer helpful from your body is a big part of the healing work. It helps us create new space for our reclaimed energies to come home to. Most likely, you have experienced releasing throughout your life through crying, anger, yelling, dancing, singing, breathing etc.

Being curious with who you are becoming. Trusting yourself to be different. Being Patient and recognizing your personal cycles of Healing. mapping your new flowing landscape of Self.
Understanding the importance of Integration and patience.
